처음 쓸 때
- 앱 열기메뉴 막대 오른쪽에 화살표와 가는 구분선이 생겨요.
- ⌘ 누르고 끌어 놓기숨길 아이콘을 구분선 왼쪽으로 옮겨요. 구분선과 화살표 사이 아이콘은 계속 보여요.
- 화살표 클릭아이콘이 숨겨지고, 다시 누르면 나와요. 오른쪽 클릭하면 설정이 열려요.
자주 묻는 질문
숨긴 아이콘은 어디로 가나요?
macOS 27의 숨긴 메뉴 막대 항목 버튼 안으로 들어가요. 화살표를 누르거나 그 버튼을 눌러 언제든 꺼낼 수 있어요.
화살표가 안 보여요
메뉴 막대가 가득 차면 macOS가 화살표까지 숨긴 항목으로 옮길 수 있어요. 숨긴 메뉴 막대 항목 버튼을 눌러 화살표를 찾은 뒤, ⌘를 누른 채 오른쪽으로 끌어 놓아 주세요. 설정한 단축키로도 보이거나 숨길 수 있어요.
펼쳐도 일부 아이콘이 계속 숨겨져 있어요
펼쳐도 자리가 모자라면 macOS가 왼쪽 아이콘부터 숨겨요. 항상 숨김 구역을 켰다면 점선 왼쪽 아이콘은 화살표를 Option-클릭해야 보여요.
자동으로 접히는 시간을 바꾸고 싶어요
화살표를 오른쪽 클릭하고 설정에서 ‘접기까지 대기’를 바꾸거나 ‘자동으로 접기’를 꺼 주세요.
Mac을 켤 때 자동으로 시작하게 하려면요?
설정에서 ‘로그인 시 실행’을 켜 주세요. 시스템 설정의 로그인 항목에서 허용을 묻는다면 허용해 주세요.
어떤 macOS에서 쓸 수 있나요?
macOS 27 이상에서 쓸 수 있어요. macOS 27의 바뀐 메뉴 막대에 맞춰 만들었어요.

Getting started
Open the app and an arrow with a thin divider appears in the menu bar. Hold ⌘ and drag the icons you rarely use to the left of the divider; icons between the divider and the arrow stay visible. Click the arrow to hide or show them, and right-click it for settings.
Where do hidden icons go?
They move into macOS 27's Show Hidden Menu Bar Items button. Click the arrow or that button to see them at any time.
I can't find the arrow
When the menu bar is full, macOS may move the arrow into the hidden items too. Open the Show Hidden Menu Bar Items button, then hold ⌘ and drag the arrow to the right. Your keyboard shortcut also shows and hides icons.
Some icons stay hidden after expanding
If there still isn't enough room, macOS hides icons from the left. With the always-hidden section on, icons left of the dashed divider appear only when you Option-click the arrow.
Change how long before it collapses
Right-click the arrow, open Settings and change “Collapse after”, or turn off “Collapse automatically”.
Start at login
Turn on “Launch at login” in Settings. If System Settings asks you to allow it in Login Items, allow it.
Which macOS versions are supported?
macOS 27 or later. Auto Collapse is built for the new macOS 27 menu bar.
Does the app collect personal data?
No. There are no accounts, servers, analytics or network access. See the Privacy Policy.
